   By engaging with RockMap.app in any form, including but not limited to joining a waitlist, downloading the application, registering as a user, communicating with other users, purchasing from a store on our platform, or any other interaction (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please review them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not proceed with the registration or usage of RockMap.app.
2. Company Information
   RockMap.app is operated by ROCKMAP APP LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom, with an affiliate office in Madrid, Spain. Any disputes may be brought to the courts of the United Kingdom, and we additionally consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Madrid, Spain, where we maintain a subsidiary.
3. Data Usage and Responsibility
   By engaging with our Services, you consent to ROCKMAP APP LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) collecting, storing, and processing the information you voluntarily provide. This may include, but is not limited to, email addresses, profile details, and other personal data related to your interactions. Such information will be used strictly to operate, maintain, and improve our Services and communicate updates deemed relevant to our community.
4. Data Storage and Security
   User data is securely stored on AWS (Amazon Web Services), recognized for its compliance with the highest industry standards of security and privacy protection. Additionally, we conduct regular backups and employ advanced security protocols to safeguard user information. While we take extensive precautions, you acknowledge that no online data transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. User Responsibility for Information Verification
   While we strive to provide accurate information through our platform, ROCKMAP APP LTD cannot guarantee the complete accuracy, reliability, or currency of information available on RockMap.app. Users are solely responsible for verifying any information they encounter on our app, especially before making decisions based on this information. ROCKMAP APP LTD disclaims all liability for errors or inaccuracies in any information provided by us, our users, or third parties.
6. Use of Information
   By using RockMap.app, you consent to receive emails, notifications, or other forms of communication related to service updates, events, promotions, and other important information. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as legally required or essential for protecting our rights.
7. Request for Removal and Contact
   You may request the removal of your personal information at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. We aim to process such requests promptly, although please allow up to 20 business days for complete removal.

   RockMap.app provides a platform for community engagement. All user interactions, whether personal or professional, are the sole responsibility of the users involved. ROCKMAP APP LTD disclaims all liability for any consequences arising from these interactions, including disputes or misunderstandings among users. We encourage users to exercise caution, discretion, and respect when engaging with others.
9. User Responsibility and Waiver of Liability RockMap.app provides a platform that enables users to connect and interact, but we are not responsible for the nature, outcome, or consequences of any interactions that occur through or outside the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
   

   • Personal meetings or events arranged between users

   • Information shared voluntarily, including private data, contact details, or media

   • Offensive, false, misleading, or defamatory content shared by users

   • Any form of communication, behavior, or transaction resulting from user connections

   By using RockMap.app, you acknowledge that all interactions are entirely your own responsibility. We encourage users to act respectfully, cautiously, and in good faith, but ROCKMAP APP LTD assumes no liability for user behavior, misconduct, or any damages—emotional, physical, financial, or reputational—that may arise from such interactions.

10. Engagement with spots, brands or business
    RockMap.app acts solely as a platform for discovery and connection. We do not endorse, verify, or control any business, brand, artist, or spot featured on the platform. By interacting with or visiting any spot, engaging in commercial activity, or establishing a relationship with any entity listed on RockMap, you acknowledge that such engagement is entirely between you and the other party.

    ROCKMAP APP LTD assumes no responsibility or liability for any issues, disputes, damages, or losses arising from:

    • Visiting or using services offered by listed businesses or spots

    • Making purchases, bookings, or entering into any commercial or personal agreement

    • Receiving false information, poor service, or harmful treatment

    • Any legal, financial, reputational, or health-related outcomes of such interactions

    We recommend verifying information independently and exercising judgment before engaging with any listed spot or brand.

11. Potential Misuse and Reporting
    If you encounter or suspect misuse, harassment, inappropriate conduct, or any harmful behavior, please report it to [email protected]. We reserve the right to take action, including account suspension or termination, to ensure the platform’s safety and integrity.
12. Intellectual Property
    All content on RockMap.app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of ROCKMAP APP LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

13. User-Generated Content (UGC)

    Users are solely responsible for any content they publish on RockMap.app, including but not limited to comments, images, links, and spot descriptions.
    ROCKMAP APP LTD does not moderate or pre-approve user content, but we reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict any content that violates our standards, Terms of Service, or community values, without prior notice.

14. User Submissions and Feedback

    Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback submitted to RockMap.app — whether via forms, email, chat, or other means — may be used by ROCKMAP APP LTD freely and without obligation or compensation.
    We appreciate community input and use it to improve our platform.

15. Community Conduct

    By using RockMap.app, you agree to interact respectfully and in good faith with other users.
    Harassment, discrimination, spam, or any form of abuse will not be tolerated.
    ROCKMAP APP LTD may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in inappropriate behavior.

16. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROCKMAP APP LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or intangible losses arising from (i) your use or inability to use the Services; (ii) unauthorized access to our servers or user information; (iii) interruptions or errors in transmission; (iv) any harmful code transmitted by third parties; or (v) any inaccuracies in user-provided content. ROCKMAP APP LTD also disclaims responsibility for any relationships, connections, or transactions initiated through the platform.

    RockMap.app is intended for users aged 16 and older, or legal age in your country.
    By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom or the courts of Madrid, Spain, where we maintain a subsidiary.
19. Image Rights and Content Sharing
    By sharing content, including images, with RockMap.app, you grant ROCKMAP APP LTD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display such content as part of our Services. Users are solely responsible for the content they share, and RockMap.app is not liable for redistribution or misuse by others.
20. General Disclaimer
    ROCKMAP APP LTD makes every reasonable effort to maintain an accurate, secure, and safe platform for all users. However, by using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that all interactions, content, and data are provided “as is,” without guarantees of any kind. It is your responsibility to verify information and ensure that any actions or decisions are based on reliable sources. We disclaim all liability for any errors, omissions, or misinterpretations.

22. Platform Availability and Technical Issues

    We do our best to provide a reliable service, but RockMap.app may experience interruptions due to maintenance, technical errors, or external factors beyond our control.
    We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality, and we are not liable for any damages arising from such disruptions.

23. Specific Terms For Artists.
    RockMap.app allows artists to submit or claim a profile (a “Spot”) that represents their music or public activity. By submitting your Spotify link or other relevant data, you grant ROCKMAP APP LTD permission to display and maintain this spot on the platform.
    
    

    You acknowledge that:

    • All artist data must be truthful and accurate.

    • You are responsible for keeping your information up to date.

    • RockMap may, at its discretion, refuse or remove an artist spot that appears misleading, inactive, or violates community standards.

    • Any collaborations, bookings, or third-party interactions initiated through RockMap are solely between the artist and the other party. ROCKMAP APP LTD is not responsible for communication, agreements, or disputes involving artist users.

24. Specific Terms For Business & Brands
    
    

    Businesses may request to appear on RockMap by submitting their data and offering a benefit to RockMap users (e.g., discount, gift, or promotion).
    By applying as a business, you agree that:

    • The information you provide is accurate and will be used to create a spot visible to users.

    • Any user visiting your business or claiming a benefit does so at their own risk.

    • You are solely responsible for delivering any benefit promised to RockMap users.

    • Any commercial relationship, conversation, or dispute between you and a user is strictly between both parties. ROCKMAP APP LTD is not liable for the outcome of any customer interactions, service quality, or legal claims.
